高粱DNA导入水稻的RAPD分子验证

摘    要:对以密穗型高梁DNA为供体、通过共继任这通道技术导入水稻所获得的水稻后代进行了RAPD分子验证。结果表明:从122个引物中找到9个引物检测出DNA的多态性,证明外源DNA导入受体后引起后代基因组的显著变异。

Abstract:Offspring of rice derived from introduction of Misui sorghum DNA through pollen tube channel is verified in this paper. The result shows that of the 122 arbitrary primers used,products of 9 primers are detected to have polymorphism between offsprings and recipient. This indicates that variation of offspring in genomic DNA is induced by the introduction of exogenous DNA into recipient.
