摘    要:[目的]为了解黄淮麦区小麦籽粒的铁元素含量情况。[方法]以黄海麦区具有代表性的260份小麦骨干种质为试材,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法对其籽粒铁含量进行了测定分析。[结果]260份测试材料籽粒铁含量的平均值为22.22μg/g,表明目前黄淮麦区小麦籽粒的锌含量整体水平超过20.00μg/g,但尚未达到25.0μg/g;基因型间含量变幅为4.30~115.37μg/g,极差值为111.07μg/g,相差26.8倍,表明基因型间有极其显著差异;260份测定材料铁含量在5.001~25.000μg/g的基因型为172份,占所测总数的66.1%;在所测材料中不但有23份基因型的铁含量超过40.000μg/g,约占所测基因型总数的9%,还有2份超过100.00μg/g,表明小麦籽粒铁含量的遗传改良巨有很大潜力。[结论]通过遗传改良可以提高小麦籽粒铁的含量。

Determination on Fe Content in Main Wheat Germplasm Resources in Huanghuai Wheat Area
Abstract:[Objective] The study aimed to know about the content of Fe element in grain of wheat grown in Huanghuai wheat area.[Method]With 260 representative backbone germplasm genotypes of wheat grown in Huanghuai wheat area as the tested materials,their Fe content in grains were determined by the flame atom absorption spectrophotometry method.[Result] The mean Fe content in the grains of the 260 tested wheat genotypes was 22.22 μg/g,showing that the Fe content in grains of wheat in Huanghuai wheat area exceeded 20.00 μg/g on the whole,but it didn't reach 25.0 μg/g.The Fe content between the genotypes varied in 4.30-115.37 μg/g and their range value was 111.07 μg/g,differing 26.8 times,which indicated that their had extremely significantly difference among genotypes.Among 260 materials,there were 172 genotypes that had Fe content in 5.001-25.000 μg/g,being 66.1 % of the total.Among the tested materials,there not only were 23 genotypes that had Fe content above 40.000 μg/g,being about 9 % of the total,but also were 2 genotypes that has Fe content above 100.00 μg/g,indicating that the heredity improvement for Fe content in wheat grain had a very big potential.[Conclusion] Fe content in wheat grain could be improved through heredity improvement.
