| 摘 要： | 当代大学生的思想观念、心理素质、思维方式和价值取向发生了明显变化，这些新的特点和新的变化，对传统的制度化管理提出了挑战。本文从大学生日益增长的逆反心理和可持续发展教育的角度论述了大学生人性化管理的必要性，并对开创大学生人性化管理的新模式提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Traditional institutionalized management can not suit the new characteristics and changes of the contemporary college students, therefore this paper states the necessities of the humanization management of college students from the point of the increasing antagonistic psychology of the college students and the sustainable development education. It puts forward a new humanization management model in which the institutionalized management should be predicated, the status of college students should be respected, the enthusiasm of college students should be aroused, self-education and individualized development of the college students should be emphasized. |
