新农药HNPC-A2005对鳞翅目昆虫的活性及应用研究

摘    要:HNPC-A2005,化学名称:1-(3-氟-4-氯苯基)-2-甲硫基乙酮肟-O-(2-甲基联苯基-3-甲基)醚,是湖南化工研究院国家南方农药创制中心湖南基地自行研制的具有自主知识产权的新型杀虫剂。在此,就新农药HNPC-A2005对鳞翅目昆虫的杀虫活性及田间防治效果进行了研究。室内生测结果表明,HNPC-A2005对粘虫和菜青虫等害虫具有优异的胃毒、触杀和综合毒力,且在试验过程中还发现该化合物具有对昆虫击倒快的特点,但内吸作用较弱。温室盆栽和田间试验结果证实,HNPC-A9908对菜青虫和茶毛虫具有良好的防治效果。施用剂量有效成分为75g/hm2时药后3d HNPC-A2005对菜青虫和茶毛虫的防治效果分别达到93和82%以上,且对有益天敌昆虫和作物安全。

Abstract:HNPC-A2005, 1-(3-fluoro-4-chlorophenyl) -2-methylthio acetyl ketone oxime-o- (2-methylbiphenyl-3-methyl) ether, is a novel oxime insecticide discovered and developed by Hunan Branch of the National Pesticide R & D South Center. Toxicity, mode of action and field efficacy of HNPC-A2005 was evaluated against the lepidopterous insects. Bioassay results at the laboratory showed that HNPC-A2005 had good stomach, contact, comprehensive action and a weak systemic activity to the lepidopterous insects such as oriental armyworm Mythimna separata and imported cabbageworm Pieris rapae. Quick knockdown action was also observed during the experiment. Greenhouse pot test and field trials demonstrated that HNPC-A2005 exhibited a good control efficacy against imported cabbageworms and tea tussock moth Euproctis pseudoconspersa. HNPC-A2005 had a control efficacy of 93% and 82% against imported cabbageworms and tea tussock moths, respectively, three day after application at the dosage of(a.i.)75 g /hm2, and was safe to beneficial insects and crops.
