| 摘 要： | 计算机视觉技术是模式识别与人工智能的一个重要领域,其应用已扩展到食品行业的诸多方面.本文探索了利用BP神经网络来实现计算机视觉系统与辣椒红色素含量之间的转换,提出了计算机视觉测定辣椒红色素含量的方法.此方法具有操作简单,无损伤,测试速度快和费用低等特点.

| Abstract: | Computer visual technique,which is an important field of the pattern recognition and artificial intelligence, has been used in many aspects of food industry.Based on using BP neural network,we discussed the conversation between computer visual system and paprika red pigment content.And the method of measuring paprika red pigment content with computer visual system was put forward. The results indicated this method has the characteristics of handling simple,nondestructive wound, fast measurement speed and low cost etc. |
