杉木外地优良家系适应性试验与初步选择研究

摘    要:1989年以来,先后从浙江临安、开化及湖南等地引进杉木优良家系25个,进行杉木少株小区试验(随机区组设计)和多株小区试验(对比法设计),并采用当地一般造林苗木和第1.5代良种苗作为试验对照,通过多年试验和观测统计分析,筛选出显著优于对照并适于本地区生长的51、37、55等11个平均遗传增益达43.15%的优良家系(其中51号家系遗传增益高达73.75%),并估算树高、胸径和村积的家系平均遗传力分别为43.82%、43.14%、42.12%,同时选出4棵优树用于建立采穗圃。

Abstract:25 plus families of Cuninghamia lanceolata were introduced from Linan, Kaihua and Hunan, etc. 11 of them, with a genetic gain of 43. 15%, adupcable to plant in Huzhou and better than the controls were Selected by many years of test and statistic analysis. Their mean hericabilities of tree heighth, chest diameter and timber volume were 43. 82%, 43. 14% and 42. 12%, respectively. 4 plus trees were selected to estabilish a Scion nursery.
