摘    要:摘要:以红颜草莓 ( Fragaria ×ananassa Duch ‘Benihoppe’)组培苗为材料进行叶片离体再生研究,建立了一个高效的叶片再生体系。结果表明:暗培养10 d是叶片诱导愈伤组织最适合的暗培养时间。适宜的叶片诱导愈伤培养基为MS+TDZ 2.0mg/L +NAA 0.1mg/L,出愈率95.0%;适宜的愈伤诱导分化培养基为MS+TDZ 1.0mg/L +NAA 0.1mg/L,分化率90.0%;最适宜的生根培养基为1/2 MS,生根率为100%。

Abstract:An efficient method for plant regeneration from leaf explant o‘f Benihoppe’strawberry (Fragaria × ananassa Duch) was established. The optimal callus inducing medium for Benihoppe’strawberry leaves was MS+TDZ 2.0 mg/L +NAA 0.1 mg/L, and the callus induction rate was 95.0%.The optimal differentiation medium was MS+TDZ1.0 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L, and the differentiation rate was 90.0%. The optimal choice which could induce callus of the leaves was darkness treatment for 10 days.
