摘    要:随着干旱荒漠地区生态环境的退化,作为荒漠地区植被主要建群树种的白刺出现了不同程度的退化,大面积死亡或生长不良、结实率下降或不结实,这一特殊的野生资源面临着严重的威胁。针对这种现象,以营造白刺采穗圃为目的,以天然白刺林的改造、复壮和人工白刺林的建造为出发点,研究并讨论了在采穗圃建造过程中存在的问题和解决方案,并对一些关键技术进行总结,最终达到为白刺种质资源的推广提供优质种条、种子以及为采穗圃的建造提供技术保障。

Abstract:With the degenerating of ecological environment in arid area, the vegetation of Nitraria, chief tree, has been degenerating in different degree, largely death, or bad growth, dropping rate of furtility, or no fruit, thus the special wild resource is threatened badly. The paper has primarily studied and discussed the degenerating problems and resolving methods on the process of constructing seeds garden through reconstruction and rejuvenation of natural vegetation and construction of man-made forest. At last, it summarizes several main constructive techniques. Its chief goal is to offer high quality seeds for extension of the resource and techniques for construction of Nitraria seeds garden.
