未来发达社会水资源可持续利用情景的预断评价

摘    要:建立了广东省未来发达社会水资源可持续利用情景指标体系和分级标准;针对未来发达社会水资源可持续利用情景评价的问题,在借鉴基尼系数含义的基础上,提出了改进基尼系数综合评价方法,并应用于广东省2010、2020、2030年三个水平年的水资源可持续利用情景预断评价。结果表明,广东省在未来发达社会条件下水资源可持续利用情景将从目前的第Ⅳ级发展到第Ⅰ级,这与实际发展趋势相符合;所提出的改进基尼系数综合评价方法是合理的,同时计算也比较简单,适用于其他综合评价问题。
