联合收割机割刀行星齿轮传动机构设计

摘    要:通过行星齿轮传动机构和曲柄连杆、摆环传动机构的优缺点对比,针对曲柄迮杆、摆环传动机构使刀杆受到侧向的分力,容易导致刀杆断裂和故障率高等缺点,建立行星齿轮机构输出端运动方程,并进行运动分析.得到了割刀实现往复直线运动的条件.根据这个条件和实际情况,设计了东方红4LZ-2.5联合收割机的行星齿轮传动机构,经接触疲劳强度和弯曲疲劳强度校核,该传动机构安全可靠.为联合收割机传动机构的改进提供可行方案.
