| 摘 要： | 对巴旦木的外形尺寸和破壳间隙进行了测定,按巴旦木厚度级差1.5mm进行了分级和破壳,可将分级和破壳装置分成3级设计.通过巴旦木破壳试验,确定了选择最佳破壳间隙和破壳转速的方法,使破壳率和碎仁率能满足生产需求.

| Abstract: | Through the measurement and experiment about the size and shape of almond,according to differential grading under 1.5mm thickness of almond,the grade and crack device can be designed with three channel,through the almond crack experiment,the optimum crack clearance and rotate speed can be assured,the crack rate meet the product requirement. |
