摘    要:喷头是药液的雾化装置.是植保机械实现喷雾作业的核心部件,其耐磨性能的优劣决定了其使用寿命的长短.为此,介绍了植保喷头的类型及功用,对儿种常用喷头材料的特性与磨损性能进行r研究与比较,分析了喷头磨损的影响因素,并指出了减缓喷头磨损的方法.

Abstract:Nozzle is spraying equipment for pesticide liquid,and is the key component to achieve spraying work for plant protection machinery.Its abrasion property determined its service life.This paper introduced types and function of plant protection nozzle,making a contrast and analysis on the material and abrasion properties for some spraying nozzles in common use,analyzing the abrasion effect factors,and pointing out some methods to slow down nozzle abrasion.
