基于UG的离心泵叶轮造型设计

摘    要:叶轮是离心泵主要的过流部件,而叶片的造型是叶轮设计的难点,也是影响离心泵性能的关键因素.为此,通过离心泵木模图,利用uG软件对叶轮进行了三维造型,并对叶轮扭曲叶片的型面质量进行了分析,使叶轮造型更加准确,提高了叶轮设计效率,为后面叶轮三维流场分析和数控加工等提供了良好的模型基础.

Abstract:The impeller is the main flow passage component of centrifugal pump.The difficult of impeller design is the modelling of blade,which is the key factor influencing centrifugal pump performance.This thesis based on the block diagram centrifugal pump impeller,and makes the three-dimensional modelling of impeller by UG software.The method makes modelling of impeller more accurate,and improve the impeller shape of impeller design efficiency.It supplys a well base for three-dimensional flow field analysis,nc mach...
