| 摘 要： | 叶轮是离心泵主要的过流部件,而叶片的造型是叶轮设计的难点,也是影响离心泵性能的关键因素.为此,通过离心泵木模图,利用uG软件对叶轮进行了三维造型,并对叶轮扭曲叶片的型面质量进行了分析,使叶轮造型更加准确,提高了叶轮设计效率,为后面叶轮三维流场分析和数控加工等提供了良好的模型基础.
