摘    要:利用冲击摆法,采用电涡流传感器对摆位移进行检测,通过JKU-12数据采集卡进行信号调理,基于LabVIEW开发环境,设计了果实坚实度检测系统.整个系统在WinXP SP2和LahVIEW8.2中文试用版环境下调试成功.该系统能够准确记录探针刺入果实的详细过程.实践证明,系统稳定可靠,为果实坚实度指标检测和分析提供了良好的技术手段.

Abstract:A fruit firmness detection system used the Impact pendulum method and eddy current displacement sensors to detect the displacement of the pendulum,conditioned the signals by the JKU-12 data acquisition cards was designed based on LabVIEW development environment.The whole system debug successfully in WinXP SP2,LabVIEW8.2 trial version of the Chinese environment.It could record the details of the fruit piercing process accurately.The system was proved steady and reliable,could provide a good technical means t...
