螺旋刀具土壤切削过程模拟分析——基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA971

摘    要:根据立式螺旋开沟机的工作特点,在ANSYs中建立了螺旋刀具切削土壤的有限元模型,并运用显式动力分析程序LS-DYNA97l对螺旋刀具土壤过程进行了数值模拟分析,分析结果与实际工作情况吻合,得到了切削过程中土壤的等效应力分布情况.结果表明,土壤在切削时,主要受到刀具挤压和剪切破坏.当切削力升高到土壤破坏强度时,土壤迅速失效,为揭示土壤切削状态和开沟机优化设计提供了依据.

Abstract:According to the working characteristics of upright screw ditcher,the finite element model of soil cutting with screw cutter is built in ANSYS.The process of soil cutting of screw cutter is simulated in the explicit dynamic analysis program LS-DYNA971.The results coincide with realities and show the rules of von Mises Stress in soil model.The results also indicate that soil is mainly received extrusion break and shear failure when soil is cutted,and soil will be wrecked as soon as the break force reaches th...
