阔叶林地地租研究

摘    要:以南平市顺昌县阔叶林地小班资料结合现行市场有关技术经济指标,利用Richards方程拟合出胸径、树高、蓄积的生长方程,分不同立地类型在不同投资收益率的情况下运用林地期望价法计算阔叶林林地价值,对其逐年支付的合理地租进行分析研究。研究结果表明,按林地期望价法计算的阔叶林林地价值要高于现阶段南平地区经营阔叶树的地租水平。因此,应适当提高现行林地地租水平,以提高阔叶树经营者的积极性。

Study on the Rent of Broad-leaved Forestland

Abstract:Based on the investigation of broad-leaved tree sample plots in ShunChang District of Nan-ping City and the relative technical and economic index of market at present, the growth equations of the diameter at breast height (DBH), height, and volume were simulated by the method of Richards equation.Then, expectation value of forestland were calculated in the different site under different return rate of investment, and the reasonable annual payment rent of forestland was analyzed.The results showed that the forestland rent of broad-leaved tree was at a lower level at present, so the forest manager ought to obtain appropriate economic compensations to enhance the investor's enthusiasm.
