中国薏苡遗传改良研究进展

摘    要:薏苡的药用价值、营养价值极高,是一种世界范围内倍受青睐的保健粮食作物,也是中国加入WTO后参与国际竞争的重要农产品之一。薏苡的近缘野生种川谷是改良薏苡的新的基因源,通过两者杂交可以创造广泛的重组、变异类型,为选育综合双亲优良性状的薏苡新品种提供了遗传基础。针对中国薏苡生产缺乏优良品种的问题,从种质资源、细胞遗传学、生理生化、组织培养、遗传改良5个方面,综述了中国薏苡遗传改良的相关研究进展,并分析了今后的发展趋势,旨在为加强薏苡育种研究提供参考。

Abstract:C. Lacryma-jobi L. is important healthy plant in the world which not only improve healthy level, but also will be important agriculture product after China join in WTO. C. Agrestis L. is wild species from coix with many extraordinary traits. Which can be the source of genes for the improvement of C. Lacryma-jobi L. by hybridizing with C. Lacryma-jobi L. to creat many of new recombinant variants .In this paper ,the coix research of germplasm,cytogenetics,physiological and biochemical tissue culture and genetic improvement in China was reviewed ,it also analyses the development tendency ,in order to solve the problem of lacking superior variety in coix production in China.
