摘    要:选用耐密性不同的玉米品种郑单958和东单90,研究不同时期弱光胁迫下两个品种干物质积累分配及产量形成的差异。结果表明,郑单958在正常光照条件下产量高于东单90,弱光胁迫下产量降低幅度小。两个品种在弱光胁迫下产量和单株干物质积累量均明显降低。东单90在弱光胁迫下干物质积累总量相对较小,穗数减少,库容潜力受限制,穗粒数大幅度降低。弱光下保持较高的干物质积累总量、子粒干物质分配率以及相对稳定的穗数和穗粒数是玉米高产的关键。

Abstract:The experiment with two cultivars and three shading treatments was conducted to clarify the effect of low-light on dry matter accumulation and distribution. The results indicated that shading decreased dry matter accumulation and two cultivars maize yield. The yield of Zhengdan958 was higher than Dongdan90 under normal light environment,and decreased lesser under shading treatment. However, Dongdan90 had relatively lesser dry matter accumulation, decreased EN, the potential of sink was limited, GN decreased seriously. It elucidated that the key to keep high maize yield was to keep relatively high dry matter accumulation, the distribution to the grain and the stability of GN and EN in low light level.
