摘    要:以典型的多级旋流器系统物料衡算为例,介绍了实现全旋流分离系统工作性能预测的原理和方法。进而为系统的工作性能预测以及优化设计提供了可靠的方法和依据,对实践有指导意义。

Abstract:One of the most complicated systems for mass balance calculations is a multistage counter current washing system. The full hydrocyclone system for potato starch separation is such a system, which is characterized by its high efficiency and low energy consumption. The working state of each stage and the outputs of the whole system were initially calculated by mass balance calculations with a computer in this paper. The predicted results coincide with the experimental data. It provides a reliable tool for prediction of overall system performance and it is particularly valuable for the optimization of alternative designs or arrangements for a given duty.
