| 摘 要： | 绩效评价的结果是衡量高校图书馆工作人员绩效水平的直接指标。由于执行机关事业单位统一的绩效评价规定带来的诸多不适，在介绍平衡计分卡（BSC）原理的基础上，指出了现行高校图书馆绩效评价方法存在的问题，提出了运用平衡计分卡（BSC）进行高校图书馆绩效考核指标体系设计的基本思路。
