滇池流域城市湿地地理信息系统的构建与实现

城市湿地是城市重要的生态基础设施,对城市可持续发展和环境保护有着极其重要的作用。然而长期以来,对城市湿地研究相对薄弱,对城市湿地功能与价值认识存在偏差;再加上城市用地需求的加大,流域城市湿地保护面临诸多困难,亟需多种手段并用来研究城市湿地的开发与保护问题。在分析滇池流域城市湿地存在问题的基础上,试图通过流域湿地地理信息系统的构建,从信息管理角度为合理规划、管理和恢复流域湿地提供一种新的方法和技术支持。同时,也为更好地实现流域城市湿地信息共享、科普宣教提供了新平台。

Construction and Realization of Geological Information System of Urban Wetland in Dianchi Basin

As the essential ecological basic facilities,urban wetland plays an important role in the sustainable development and environment protection of cities.For a long time,the researches on the urban wetland were relatively weak.And there are many understanding errors on the functions and values of urban wetlands.In addition of the increase of urban land demands,the urban wetland protection of this basin is facing with many difficulties.A number of measurements should be taken to study the development and protection problems of urban wetlands.Based on analyzing the existing problems in urban wetlands of Dianchi Basin,through constructing the geological information system of wetlands in this basin,a new technology and method support was provided from the angle of information management for reasonable regulation,management and recovery of wetlands in this basin.Meanwhile,the research provided a new platform for information share and science & education popularities of urban wetland in this basin.
