摘    要:针对一些蓄水工程缺乏水位观测资料和水位——面积关系的问题,介绍一种利用GoogleEarth进行蓄水工程定位,借助Mapinfo数据转换提取水面面积的方法。以庞庄水库为例对该方法进行可行性、合理性分析,结果表明该方法误差在10%以内,且操作简便,在我国农田水利建设工程有一定的应用价值.

Research on Getting Surface Area of Water Storage Projects Based on Google Earth and Mapinfo Data Conversion

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of some water storage projects lack of water level observation data and water level-area relationship, the method that how to use Google Earth for locating water storage projects was introduced, and water surface area was extracted by Mapinfo data conversion. With Pangzhuang Reserwfir as example, the feasibility and rationality of the method was analyzed. The results showed that the error of the method is less than 10% and is convenient for operation, which has a cerlain application value in farmland water conservancy project in China.
