| 摘 要： | 从三峡库区10个区的猪场采集仔猪腹泻粪便等病料112份,经过细菌分离和生化鉴定分离到82株猪源性大肠杆菌,其中75株为致病性大肠杆菌。对82株猪大肠杆菌进行了15种抗生素敏感性试验,结果发现,分离菌株对15种抗菌药物均有不同程度的耐药。

| Abstract: | 112 diseased samples such as feces of the piglets with diarrhea were collected from pig farms in three gorges reservoir area.82 stains of swine E.coli were isolated though bacteria isolation and biochemical identification,among which 75 strains were pathogenic E.coli.The sensitivities of 82 swine E.coli strains to 15 kinds of antibiotics were tested.The results showed that all the isolates had drug resistance to 15 kinds of antibiotics to different degree. |
