芒果贮藏保鲜技术研究进展

摘    要:对芒果生物学特性进行简述,指出采收成熟度、果面污染、采收机械伤、生理病害、微生物侵染是影响芒果商品质量的关键因素;并针对各种影响因素提出减轻贮藏损失的具体技术措施。且对当前低温冷藏、气调贮藏、辐照、减压贮藏等各种保鲜技术进行归纳与评述。

Abstract:This paper summarized the mango biological character.Harvest maturing,surface pollution of mango, harvest injury,physiological disease and microorganism infection were the key factors of mango quality.It com- mented on some storage technology,such as pre-harvest prevention,harvest and post-harvest freshkeeping.The last section summed up cold temperature,controlled atmosphere,irradiation and decompression on the mango storage.It afforded some advice for the mango production.
