供给侧改革视野下农村养老服务供给研究

农村地区经济欠发达,劳动力流失严重,老龄人口抚养问题较城市更为严峻。同时,农村养老服务供需错位、供给主体单一、供给质量不高等问题也日益凸显。基于供给侧改革视角,结合网络化治理、协同治理等理论,探讨如何扩大农村养老服务的有效供给,优化供给结构,从而有利于完善农村公共服务体系。

Research on the Rural Aging Service Supply in the View of Supply-side Reform

For the underdeveloped economy and serious loss of labor in rural areas, the issues of raising the aged is more serious than the city. Meanwhile, problems such as the supply-demand mismatch of rural ageing services, the single of the main supplier, and low supply quality became obvious increasingly. Based on the view of supply-side reform, combined with the theories of network governance and collaborative governance, suggestions how to enhance the effective supply of rural age-ing services, and optimize the supply structure were put forward, which would have a far-reaching significance for perfecting the rural public service system, and accelerating the development of rural ageing service.
