低温和药剂处理对三峡库区晚熟伦晚脐橙果实贮藏品质的影响

伦晚脐橙(Citrus reticulata Blancc)属于晚熟柑橘类型,翌年3月下旬至4月上中旬成熟,是三峡库区柑橘主栽品种之一。通过对三峡库区秭归县伦晚脐橙果实进行低温和药剂处理揭示贮藏期间果实单果重、失水率及内在品质的动态变化。结果表明,随着贮藏时间的延长,果实单果重缓慢下降,失水率逐渐上升,指标变化较复杂;不同处理贮藏效果存在显著差异,依次为低温+百泰处理、低温处理、常温+百泰处理和常温处理。

Effects of Cold and Fungicide Treatments on Fruit Quality of Lane Late Navel Orange from Three Gorges Reservior Region during Storage

Lane Late navel orange (Citrus reticulata Blancc) belongs to late-ripening citrus, and is widely cultivated in Zigui County of Three Gorges Reservior Region. In this study, the mean weight, water loss rate and intrinsic quality were investi-gated dynamically after cold and fungicide treatment during fruit storage. The results indicated that the mean weight was re-duced gradually while water loss rate was increased with the time extending. The effect of cold and fungicide treatment showed significant differences compared with their control respectively, which could contribute to the extension of shelf life, filling the gap of consumer market, satisfying the basic demands for general public and stimulating the development of healthy and sustainable citrus industry in Hubei province.
