番茄叶化学成分研究

摘    要:利用各种色谱技术,结合波谱法鉴定番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill)叶的化学成分结构。结果从番茄叶乙醇提取物中分离得到15个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇、香草醛、对羟基苯甲酸、N-反式-对-香豆酰基酪胺、菠甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、尿嘧啶、番茄碱苷、番茄碱-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖、蜀羊泉碱-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→3)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→4)-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷、白英素B、蜀羊泉碱苷、槲皮素、α-菠甾醇、正丁基-O-β-D-吡喃果糖苷、芦丁,所有化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:The structures of chemical constituents of Lycopersicon esculentum Mill were identified by various chromatographic techniques and spectral analysis. Fifteen compounds including β-sitosterole(1),vanillic acid(2),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(3),n-trans-p-coumaroyl tyamine(4),spinasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),uracil(6),tomatine(7),tomatine-3-O-β-D-glucopyra-noside (8),lyratoside A (9),Solalyratine B (10),soladulcidine-3-O-β-lycotetraoside (11),quercetin (12),α-spinasterol (13),n-butyl-O-β-D-fructopyranoside(14),rutin(15) were isolated and indentified from the leaf of Lycopersicon escul-entum,and all the fifteen compounds were obtained for the first time from this plant.
