摘    要:两优825是武汉科珈种业科技有限公司和安徽华韵生物科技有限公司用两用不育系Y8-2S与优质抗病恢复系R025配组的两系杂交中籼新组合。2014和2015年参加国家长江中下游中籼迟熟组区域试验,产量分别为9.536、10.028 t/hm~2,分别比对照丰两优4号增产6.31%和6.88%;2016年生产试验,产量9.770 t/hm~2,比丰两优4号增产7.2%,米质达到国家《优质稻谷》标准3级,并具有抗病性较强、丰产性和稳产性好等特点,适宜在长江中下游稻瘟病轻发区作一季稻种植。2017年4月通过国家农作物品种审定委员会初审。主要介绍了两优825的选育过程、农学特性以及配套栽培技术。

Abstract:Liangyou 825 is a new two-line hybrid rice variety bred by Wuhan Comege Seed Company Limited and Anhui Huayun Biotechnology Company Limited. Liangyou 825 was bred from the dual purpose sterile line Y8-2S and the high qual-ity and good disease resistance restore line R025. The grain yield of Liangyou 825 was 9.536 t/hm2 and 10.028 t/hm2 in the regional trials of medium late indica rice for the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river in 2014 and 2015, respec-tively. Quality of Liangyou 825 reached the 3rd grade of the national "high quality rice" standard. Moreover, Liangyou 825 showed the characteristics of high yield, good grain quality and high disease resistance. It could be planted in the light rice blast zone of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river. In April 2017, the variety passed the first examination of national variety certification. The breeding process, grain yield, main agronomic characteristics and main cultivation techniques of Liangyou 825 were introduced.
