植物生长调节剂促进荷花藕带繁育技术

摘    要:繁殖荷花(Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.)用藕带可保持其优良的观赏性状,又有利于在混杂大田中选育优良品种。以株型不同的荷花品种为研究对象,利用不同浓度的6-BA、NAA处理,作用在藕带顶芽生长点,比较植物生长调节剂对藕带生长的影响。结果表明,用吸湿纸浸湿植物生长调节剂包住藕带生长点,并用保鲜膜包裹,能明显促进藕带的生长、增加新芽和种藕数量;在参试的植物生长调节剂中,6-BA2.0 mg/L+NAA 20 mg/L处理的效果最优。

Abstract:Lotus(Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.) breeding from sprout could maintain its excellent ornamental traits, and was con-ducive to hybrid breeding in field. Taking lotus varieties with different plant types as the research object, 6-BA, NAA with different concentration was applied for bud growth of lotus root. The results shows that the breeding of lotus sprout were pro-moted by the plant growth regulators; packing the growth point of lotus with soaked absorbent paper and wrapping with plas-tic wrap could obviously promote the growth of lotus sprout, increase the number of lotus bud and root. 6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 20 mg/L was the most effective.
