摘    要:针对葡萄等林果有机肥、厩肥的施用播撒,研制了一种实用施肥机械,系统介绍了整机结构及工作原理。样机进行了多轮实地测试,并对机具的运行情况和施肥作业效果进行了分析对比。田间试验测试结果表明,排肥稳定性变异系数小于3.5%,施肥深度变异系数小于10.5%,开沟深度37 cm,培土高度合格率达到100%,各项指标均达到设计要求。该型施肥机具有工作效率高、稳定性好、故障率低等诸多优点,是一种适合于大规模推广、性能优良的有机肥料撒施作业机械。

Abstract:For grape and other agriculture fields, application of organic and manure fertilizer,developed a practical fertilizing machine,described the whole structure and working principle systematically. The experimental prototype have carried out sever-al tests on the field,the operation of the machine and the effect of fertilization were analyzed and compared. The field test showed that the coefficient of variation in fertilization was less 3.5%,the coefficient of variation in fertilization depth was less 10.5%,trenching depth was 37 cm,the height of bank up with earth reached 100%,the indicators achieved the design re-quirments. Experiment proved that this type fertilizer applicator has many advantages,such as high efficiency,good stability,low failure rates and so on,the organic fertilizer application machinery is suitable for large-scale promotion and excellent perfor-mance.
