造纸法再造烟叶柔性制浆技术的应用研究

为了解决再造烟叶企业生产的浆料较差、分丝帚化率低、过度切断纤维、浆料稳定性差、浆料得率低和产品物理指标波动大等问题,试验结合原料特点和制浆技术,对原有的磨浆机磨片进行改进,并改进原有的制浆工艺,提出了一种适用于再造烟叶生产的柔性制浆技术。通过对比,分析了柔性制浆技术前后的制浆工艺及该技术应用前后的浆料纤维形态,分析了柔性制浆技术的特点,此工艺提高了浆料品质,在保证产品松厚度和抗张强度等物理指标稳定的条件下,为生产运行车速从现在的平均80 m/min提高到平均165 m/min以上提供了技术支撑,实现了原料的精细化加工及加工过程的可控可调。

Application Research on Flexible Pulping Technology of Paper-Process Reconstituted Tobacco

The guarantee product thickness and tensile strength of physical in-dexes such as stability conditions, and for the production run speed increased from now an average of 80 m/min to more than an average of 165 m/min provides technical support, and implements the fine process of raw material and machining process of controllable is adjustable.
