丽红元宝枫嫰枝扦插试验

为了探索丽红元宝枫(Acer truncatum Bunge.cv.Lihong)嫩枝扦插繁殖技术参数,以丽红元宝枫为研究对象,对其进行了ABT1号不同浓度、不同处理时间、不同部位、不同时期及插穗带叶与否的生根试验。结果表明,丽红元宝枫嫩枝扦插适宜时间为5月下旬至6月下旬;适宜的插条部位在当年生枝条中部,ABT1号适宜的浓度为400 mg/kg,处理时间为5~6 s,这些条件能够获得80%以上的成活率。丽红元宝枫的生根类型为愈伤组织生根型及皮部生根型。

Experiment on Twig Cuttage Propagation of Acer truncatum cv. Lihong

In order to probe the twig cuttage propagation technology of Acer truncatum Bunge. cv. Lihong, the effects of dif-ferent concentration of ABT1, different immersion time, different parts of branch, cuttings with leafy or not on cutting propa-gation survival rate were studied. The results showed that the appropriate twig cutting propagation time is form late May to late June; appropriate cutting part is central branch, with the concentration of ABT1 at 400 mg/kg, and immersion for 5 to 6 s. The cutting propagation survival rate of A. truncatum cv. Lihong could reach to 80%. The two root type of A. truncatum cv. Lihong is callus rooting type and lateral buds at the base meristems rooting type.
