金叶紫穗槐水培生根研究

为了探索金叶紫穗槐(Amorpha fruticosa‘Jinye’)的生根特性,以一年生金叶紫穗槐枝条为研究材料,对其进行了不同浓度生根剂(ABT1号生根粉、ABT2号生根粉、华诺联邦生根粉)、不同直径(D≥1.0cm、0.5 cmD1.0 cm、D≤0.5 cm)插穗的水培生根研究。结果表明,华诺联邦生根粉适宜浓度为200 mg/L,生根率最高达97.5%,ABT1号、ABT2号生根粉的适宜浓度为100 mg/L,生根率分别可达93.1%、90.5%。金叶紫穗槐插穗直径与水培生根率呈正相关,与水培生根时间呈负相关。金叶紫穗槐插穗D≥1.0 cm、0.5 cmD1.0 cm、D≤0.5 cm的生根率分别为100%、97.5%、80.8%,生根时间分别为8、12、18 d。金叶紫穗槐不定根的产生位置为侧芽基部及愈伤组织,节间不生根。

Study on the Hydroponic Rooting of Amorpha fruticosa ‘Jinye'

In order to explore the rooting characteristics of Amorphafruticosa'Jinye',taking the annual branches as test material,the root rate of branches in different concentration rooting powder(ABT-1,ABT-2,Huanuolianbang) and different diameter(D≥≥1.0cm,0.5 cm＜D＜1.0cm,D≤≤0.5 cm) were studied.The results showed that,the rooting rate is 97.5％ in 200 mg/L Huanuolianbang agent,is 93.1％ and 90.5％ in 100 mg/L ABT1 and ABT2.The diameter of cuttings is positive correlation with rooting rate,is negative correlation with rooting duration.The rooting duration were 8,12 and 18 d with different diameter of branches(D≥≥1.0 cm,0.5 cm＜D＜1.0 cm,D≤≤0.5 cm).The adventive root parts are in the lateral bud bottom and callus,there were no root in internode.
