不同土壤上接种VA-菌根真菌对玉米生长和磷锌养分吸收的影响

摘    要:采用盆栽试验方法,研究了六种土壤上接种 VAM 真菌(G·epigaeum)对玉米磷、锌营养及前期生长的影响,结果表明:在缺磷土壤上接种菌根菌,显著地促进了宿主植物的生长,提高了玉米植株中磷、锌的含量及吸收量。

Abstract:In order to investigate the effects of VA-mycorrhiza on growth and nutrient uptake of maize plant on different soils taken from Beijing and Hebei province,a pot experiment was conducted in greenhause. The results of the experiment showed that inoculation with VA- mycorrhizai fungi significantly increased growth of the plants on the soils with lower fertility.Both P and Zn content of the shoot inocu- lated plants and grown on the soils with lower fertility were much hi- gher than those in plants without myco...
