摘    要:采用石英砂、水泥、石膏、水作为原材料,通过正交设计确定了3组配合比作为岩爆相似材料配比,分别制得动、静态实验试件.试件成型后分别在pH=2和pH=4化学溶液中养护60d和90d,然后开展动、静态力学性能实验.实验结果表明:化学腐蚀能明显降低岩爆相似材料的动、静态强度,且随着pH值的降低,材料的静态强度近似呈等线性下降;随着养护时间的增加,试件的静态强度逐渐降低,但降低比例不大.试件动态抗压强度随着pH值的降低而降低,在相同pH环境下,试件动态抗压强度随着养护时间的增加而降低.

Abstract:Rockburst-similar materials of three different mix proportions were prepared by the orthogonal design with silica sand,cement,gypsum and water as the raw materials. The specimens were cured in chemical solutions of pH=2 and pH=4 for 60 days and 90 days before a test was made of their dynamic and static mechanical properties. The results showed that chemical corrosion would significantly reduce the dynamic and static strength of the rockburst-similar materials,and the static compressive strength decreased linearly with decrease in pH of the curing solution. With increasing curing time,static strength of the test specimens gradually reduced,though the reduction was not great. The dynamic compressive strength of the specimens decreased with pH reduction of the cuing solution and with the increase in curing time under the same pH environment.
