种养结合型农业生产结构调整的实证分析

以地区的农业生产资源禀赋条件为依托,充分发挥当地的比较优势,引导农民适应市场需求合理地调整农业生产结构,增加农民收入,是促进农村经济的持续稳定增长,建设社会主义新农村的重要途径。现就种养结合型农业生产结构的特点,将传统的线性规划模型加以改进,建立适应种养结合型农业生产结构调整的优化模型,结合内蒙古土默特左旗以发展奶业为主的农区畜牧业结构进行2010年农业生产结构调整优化方案的模拟,并提出相关政策建议,为各级基层政府制定和确立农业生产结构调整指导方案提供理论和方法上的参考。

Analysis on Construction Adjustment of Crop-livestock Agricultural Production System by Actual Cases

Adjusting the agricultural production system plays an important role in improving economic sustainable and stably growth and constructing a new socialist countryside in China.Farmers can be guided to increase their incomes by adjusting the agricultural system based on the resource endowment and region comparative advantages or meeting market demands.The paper establishes an optimized model fitted with the crop-livestock agricultural system by modifying the traditional linear programming method according to the features of the crop-livestock agricultural system,introduces the optimum simulated agricultural production system with the crop-livestock type for developing dairy industry in Tumotezuoqi of Inner Mongolia in 2010 and puts forward the correlation suggestion to provide the theoretical and methodological basis for making and establishing the guiding scheme in agricultural production construction adjustment.
