摘    要:基于日本水稻基因组(RiceGenomeResearshProgram)的水稻RFLP分子遗传标记连锁图,对水稻野败型雄性不育的主要恢复基因和包台型恢复基因的分子位点作了分析比较,首次发现这两个基因位于同一DNA区域,都与这一区间的分子标记紧密连锁,因而认为无论是与包台型还是与野败型主要恢复基因紧密连锁的分子标记都可以用于鉴定这两个类型的恢复基因。由于这两个雄性不育型不仅恢复基因位于同一染色体区域内,而且这两个体系的雄性不育系有着相似的恢保关系,因而这两个体系的主要恢复基因在遗传进化上可能有着密切的联系。

Abstract:Major fertility restoring (Rf) genes for cytoplasmic male sterility of wild abortive (CMSWA) and Boro type (CMSBT) were mapped in our and other previous studies. Based on these studies and genetic linkage map of the Rice Research Genome Program in Japan, molecular mapping positions of the Rf genes were compared. Two major Rf genes for these two CMS systems were mapped in the same chromosomal region, the middle of the long arm of chromosome 10; and linked with RFLP marker C1361 and G2155, which were only 3.9 cM apart, respectively. Besides, Rf genes of these two CMS systems have a very similar distribution in rice germplasms. Therefore, the major Rf genes of these two systems may have close evolutionary relationship. Because the Rf genes are located in the same region, DNA markers linked with either CMSWA or CMSBT can be used for identification of major Rf genes for the both CMS systems.
