几种杀菌剂对辣椒疫病的抑菌活性研究

摘    要:[目的]筛选出对辣椒疫病防效较好的新型杀菌剂。[方法]采用室内抑菌效果测定和网室生测,对50%氟吗啉锰锌等12种杀菌剂的抑菌效果进行测定。[结果]68%精甲霜灵.代森锰锌水分散粒剂6、5%代森锰锌.二氰蒽醌可湿性粉剂、50%氟吗啉锰锌可湿性粉剂和687.5g/L氟吡菌胺.霜霉威盐酸盐悬浮剂等药剂对辣椒疫霉有较好的抑制作用,EC50分别为4.822 0、4.814 0、0.475 9和2.502 6 mg/L,250 g/L嘧菌酯悬浮剂和250 g/L吡唑醚菌酯乳油能使菌落变稀。在网室生测试验中,50%氟吗啉锰锌对辣椒疫霉的防效最好,2.0、2.4和2.8 g/L的防效分别为85.14%、89.39%和92.45%。[结论]50%氟吗啉锰锌对辣椒疫病有良好的防效,可用于辣椒疫病的防治。

Abstract:[Objective] The aim of the study was to seek some new fungicides.[Method] Antibacterial effect of 50% wettable powder of flumorph mancozeb etc.fungicides were determined using indoor antibacterial effect and net room bioassay.
