高粱DNA导入水稻的初步研究

摘    要:采用花粉管通道法,并配合仅剪1/3内颖及遮荫等措施,将高粱DNA导入水稻,获得以下结果:(1)共处理颖花367朵,收87粒种子,D_(?) 代结实率达23.7%;(2)D_1代出现变异,其中2株在穗型上明显倾向供体(高粱);(3)D_2代变异穗型出现分离,初步分析认为变异穗型为显性,受体类型为隐性,符合单基因分离的分离规律.

Abstract:Sorghum DNA was introduced into rice through rice pollen tube.Theexperimental results are as follows.(1)We have got 87 grains by treating 367 rice flowers.The setting percentage reached 23.7% on D_0 generation.(2)There are variant plants on D_1generation.Two variant plants among them resembled sorghum in appearance of apike.(3)The variant plant of spike appearance separates in AKD_2 generation.A Preliminarily analysissuggest that the separation of spike apperance accords with the seperation law of single geneand that the variety of spike apperance is dominant and the type of accepter was recessive.
