提高农业科研管理服务水平的体会与思考

农业科研管理是科研工作的重要组成部分,高水平的科研管理对促进科研单位科技创新、服务"三农"、自我发展等能力的提高具有举足轻重的作用。文章以宁夏农林科学院科研管理工作为例,总结了在加强科技创新、支撑产业发展、构建科技创新体系等方面创新科研管理所取得的成效及体会,并对进一步做好科研管理工作,提升科研管理服务水平进行了思考。

Experiences and Considerations on Improving Management and Service Level of Agricultural Science Researches

Management of agricultural scientific research is an important part of entire management work. The level of scientific research management plays an important role in improving the three abilities on science and technology innovation, service for the three agro-issues and the serf-development. Taking management of agricultural scientific re,arch in Ningxia Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences as a case, effect and experiences in innovation of management of scientific research were summarized from three aspects, i.e., strengthening innovation of science and technology, supporting development of industry and constructing science and technology innovation system. Several considerations on improving management of scientific researches and boosting level of management and service of science and technology were put forward in the paper.
