木薯良种"GR911"的组织培养

摘    要:以"GR911"木薯的腋芽为外植体,研究木薯的组织培养技术。结果表明,在所设计的方案中,MS 6-BA 1.0 mg/L是较适合的初代诱导培养基;MS 6-BA 1.5 mg/L是较适合的增殖继代培养基;1/2 MS NAA 0.1 mg/L是较好的生根培养基。

Abstract:Cassava tissue culture was studied by using the cultivar GR911 as material.The results showed that MS media containing 1.0 mg/L 6-BA was suitable for shoot induction,while 1.5 mg/L 6-BA for subculture.1/2 MS media with 0.1 mg/L NAA was the best rooting media among the tested.
