| 摘 要： | 以光活化菊酯农药新理念为指导,设计合成了氯丙炔菊酯的二炔衍生物(JZB),并以胺菊酯、溴氰菊酯、联苯菊酯和氯丙炔菊酯为对照药剂,采用MTT法、Giemsa染色法和流式细胞术研究JZB对斜纹夜蛾Spodopteralitura(SL)细胞的光活化毒力和毒性机制。结果表明,500μg/mL处理SL细胞后24h,氯丙炔菊酯及JZB均表现出良好的抑制活性,抑制率分别达89.79%和92.95%,而胺菊酯、溴氰菊酯和联苯菊酯的抑制率均低于21%;氯丙炔菊酯及JZB对SL细胞形态影响明显,50μg/mL处理后24h,细胞密度降低,90%以上的细胞收缩变圆,无法正常贴壁,而500μg/mL溴氰菊酯处理后24h,70%以上细胞贴壁状态良好;经50μg/mL氯丙炔菊酯及JZB处理后,细胞线粒体膜电位较对照分别降低了35.43%和45.55%,活性氧较对照分别升高212.09%和311.60%。
