贵州省农业农村信息化建设现状及对策建议

在实地调查的基础上,客观评价了贵州农业农村信息化建设现状,并对存在的问题进行了分析,针对性地提出,要促进贵州农业农村信息化健康、有序、良性发展,就要加快涉农信息资源整合共享的法制化进程,加大通信基础设施投入,降低通信费用,集中资源谋划省、地、县、乡、村信息服务体系整体布局,政府授权确定一个实施主体,加强技术集成创新实现普遍服务,加强培训组建基层信息服务骨干队伍,面向服务构建涉农信息共享平台,强化信息应用终端建设.
