| 摘 要： | 浙江省开化县1972～1989年营造的51839.8hm~2杉木基地林,总经济价值为44276.65万元,若考虑山价时其总经济价值为51638.66万元。现有活立木年增值2919.15万元。在考虑在产品(现有杉木基地林总价值)的情况下,已收回营造杉木基地林投资开获得了利润。杉木基地中的速丰林和一般林其内部收益率分别为14.58％和13.64％,以6.00％的年利率计算,投资回收期分别为7.19a和9.20a。营造杉木基地林投资效益显著。

| Abstract: | In the Chinese fir timber forest base (51 839.86hm2) established from 1972 to 1989 in Kaihua County, the total forest value is 442.7665 million Yuan RMB and 516.3866 million Yuan RMB considered land rent value. The increase of value of the stock per year is 29.1915 million Yuan RMB. Consideration of the forest value, the investment is recovered and the profit is got from the establishment and management of the Chinese fir timber forest base. For fast growing and high yield Chinese fir and moderate growing and yield Chinese fir, the internal rate of return is 14.58% and 13.64%. At the 6.00% interest rate, the recovery periods are 7.19 years and 9.20 years respectively, which indicates that the benefit of investment is remarkable. |
