| Abstract: | Based on the current situations of Chinese tea industry,the effects of deep processing of tea resources on tea industry and the development trends in deep processing tea products were discussed.It was suggested that development of processing techniques relating to new products should be intensified to upgrade the core competency of tea enterprises. |
