摘    要:针对我国茶叶产业现状,分析茶叶深加工对茶叶产业的作用与茶叶深加工产品的发展趋势。提出在深入开展茶叶深加工技术和产品开发的同时,要加强知识产权保护,提高茶叶深加工企业的核心竞争力。

Abstract:Based on the current situations of Chinese tea industry,the effects of deep processing of tea resources on tea industry and the development trends in deep processing tea products were discussed.It was suggested that development of processing techniques relating to new products should be intensified to upgrade the core competency of tea enterprises.
