番茄大棚制种技术研究

摘    要:在塑料大棚栽培条件下,采用三因素三水平的正交设计L9 (34),研究定植密度、整枝方式、授粉次数对番茄一代杂种种子产量和质量的影响,筛选番茄大棚制种技术的最优组合。结果表明:3个因素对制种效果影响的大小为定植密度>授粉次数>整枝方式;3 340株·(667 m2)-1、双干整枝、授粉3次为最佳组合,番茄种子的产量和质量最高。

Abstract:Effects of plant density,pruning way and pollination times on the yields and quality of F1 hybrid seeds were studied by orthogonal experiment design of L9(34),so as to find the optimal portfolio of tomato(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.)hybrid seed production techniques under plastic shed cultivation.The results showed that influencing degree of the three factors on the yields and quality of tomato seeds were plant density>pollination times>pruning way,and the best combination could be obtained by density of 3 340 plant per 667 m2,with double-stem pruning and three times pollination.
