根癌农杆菌发酵生产辅酶Q10的培养条件优化

摘    要:选用根癌农杆菌作为出发菌株,通过对其培养基优化来提高辅酶Q10产量。确定最佳培养基组成为:蔗糖35g/L,玉米浆50g/L,NaH2PO40.5%,Na2HPO40.5%,KNO30.5%。当发酵液初始pH值为7.5、接种量为12.5%,经32℃培养72h后辅酶Q10产量达到8.1mg/L,比最初条件增加了69.5%。

Optimum Culture of Coenzyme Q10 Produced by Arobacterium tumefaciens during Fermentation Process

Abstract:Arobacterium tumefaciens ATCC4452 was selected as the original strain.The production of Coenzyme Q10 was increased by optimizing the fermentation medium.The optimum fermentation medium contained sucrose 35 g/L,corn steep liquor 50 g/L,NaH2PO4 0.5%,Na2HPO4 0.5%,KNO3 0.5%.The optimum conditions for producing Coenzyme Q10 occured at initial pH 7.5,inoculum size 12.5% and 32 ℃.After 72 h fermentation,the production of Coenzyme Q10 was 8.1 mg/L,which increased 69.5% compare with the initial culture condition.
