| 摘 要： | 以水为参比液,采用紫外分光光度法在232 nm波长处测定硫酸庆大霉素注射液中庆大霉素的含量。实验结果表明,庆大霉素在10~60 U/mL浓度范围内,其吸光度与浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.999 8,平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为0.8%（n=6）。该方法操作简便、快速,结果准确,适于作为生产企业中间产品的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | An UV spectrophotometry method for determination of gentamycin content in gentamycin sulfate injection was established with water as reference solution at 232 nm. The calibration curve for gentamycin was linear within the concentration range of 10 - 60 U/mL （ r = 0. 999 8 ）. The average recovery rate was 99.2%, and the RSD was 0.8% （n = 6）. This method was proved to be simple, rapid and precise, and can be used for quality control of gentamycin sulfate injection. |
