摘    要:对不同生育期串叶松香草的营养物质变化以及干燥方法(烘干、自然晒干)对其营养成分的影响进行了研究,并进一步探讨其瘤胃降解动态趋势。结果表明,随着生育期的推迟,串叶松香草营养物质变化同其他牧草相一致,但是其粗蛋白质含量下降速度较快,从莲座叶丛期到抽茎期其降幅可达25.62%。试验还表明,其再生草品质略低于头茬牧草,烘干可保存较多的营养物质获得优质的干草。根据牧草不同生育期营养成分的变化以及牧草各营养成分的瘤胃降解率,建议串叶松香草在抽茎—现蕾期刈割利用。

Abstract:The trends of the nutrient components and rumen degradability of Perfoliate Rosinweed (Silphium perfoliatum ) at different development stages and drying methods were measured. The results showed that with the maturity of forage the change of nutrimental composition was same as other forages, but the contents of CP declined rapidly, it decreased by 25.62% from Nutritive Organ-growing to Stem-growing. It was also found that the content of CP and Ash of regrowth was lower than that of the first-cut forage, while higher in NDF and ADF. And the samples with oven-drying were higher in content of CP, lower in content of NDF and ADF than those of sunshine drying. Oven-drying methods could preserve more nutrients of forages and produce high quality hay. According to the change of chemical composition during different growth stages and rumen degradability, Perfoliate Rosinweed should be harvested and utilized between stem-growing and bud stage.
