南京地区野生蔬菜的开发利用及可持续性发展对策

摘    要:南京市野菜资源十分丰富,但过去野菜消费均是单纯采挖野生资源。90年代以来,我市野菜种植业迅猛发展,不仅取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益,还带动了周边地区野菜产业的发展。南京开发利用野菜资源具有十分重大意义,但目前也存在一些问题。在此建议:拓宽开发视野,开发以芦蒿为主的多品种野生蔬菜;加强科技攻关,使野菜产业得到持续发展;加强野菜无公害生产体系建设;加快培育加工龙头企业,促进产业化发展;综合开发野菜资源,形成可持续发展的蔬菜产业。

Abstract:The resources of edible wild herbs are very rich in Nanjing. But in the past, we only consumed the edible wild herbs by digging wild resources. Since the beginning of 1990's, under the joint efforts of different agricultural departments, the planting trade of edible wild vegetables has developed quickly. In Baguazhou town of Xixia District, the planting area of Luhao has reached 35 thousand mu, and formed the biggest wild vegetables planting base in China. It has brought notable economic benefits and social benefits. It has also driven the development of wild vegetables around Nanjing. Developing the resources of edible wild herbs in Nanjing has very significant meaning, but now it also has some problems. Some suggestions are given in this paper: we should develop more kinds of wild vegetables besides Luhao, strengthen science and technology to tackle difficult problems so as to make the sustainable development of wild vegetables trade, strengthen the construction of wild vegetables harmless production system, cultivate the processing enterprises to promote industrialization development and develop the wild vegetables synthetically.
